H. Ronald Klasko

Elise A. Fialkowski
Elise A. Fialkowski has practiced employment based immigration law for 15 years. She has particular expertise in worksite enforcement and she leads our worksite compliance group. Elise regularly counsels clients regarding I-9 compliance, E-Verify, Social Security no-match letters and H-1B Labor Condition Application (LCA) compliance. She works with employers to develop proactive compliance programs in all these areas including detailed immigration policies and practices. To effectively implement compliance programs and limit potential liability in this era of increased enforcement, she also assists employers with internal audits and training. Elise has also successfully represented companies facing I-9 and H-1B LCA audits and investigations. Suzanne B. Seltzer
Suzanne B. Seltzer heads the New York office of the Firm. She is well known for her representation of universities, hospitals and research institutions and their medical and research personnel in obtaining extraordinary ability and national interest waiver immigrant petitions, O-1 nonimmigrant visas, and waivers of the two-year home country residence requirement. Kate Kalmykov
Kate Kalmykov focuses her practice on business immigration and compliance. Kate regularly works with various human resources departments on I-9 employment verification matters including the development and management of compliance programs, including I-9 internal audits and trainings. Additionally, she counsels employers on H-1B and LCA due diligence issues including internal audits and reviews. Kate has defended business under government investigation and successfully minimized exposure and liabilities.
